Transport Investigations facilitates training and coaching for rail industry staff, in particular in the field of revenue protection, an area where staff and managers often feel in need of professional development.

Our main training product is Successful Presentation of Evidence (SPOE), a foundation course for revenue protection inspectors, covering behaviour, recent legislation (in particular PACE) and codes of conduct, questioning and report writing techniques, and understanding and working with court procedures.
