A 30 day history is stored. All physical servers for website data we may store are located in the UK in high security data centres.

The information that  we hold may be  exempt, from the request to be deleted  if this is data we are required to hold for legal reasons, such as customer data for accounting purposes (data must currently be held for 6 years). Payroll information or Court papers.
